The Center for Cardiac Arrest Survival (CCAS) was founded in 2019 with the goal of increasing out of hospital cardiac arrest survival through several interventions. We strive to empower communities by teaching lifesaving skills (CPR/AED/Narcan administration/hemorrhage control) without charge throughout Pittsburgh and alert community members when these skills may be needed, through the use of PulsePoint.

So far, CCAS has trained 1,421 community members in lifesaving skills. Please help spread the word so we can continue empowering individuals to save lives.
